Refund policy

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at muhammadmohsinkhan1805@gmail.com. To request a return, contact us first; unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, perishable goods, and certain hazardous or personal-care items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds & Exchanges: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order. EU customers may have a 14-day cancellation/return right where applicable by law.
